I love them! Everything from yearly shots, teeth cleaning and check ups to fixing to helping with one of my dogs who went into kidney failure. They are caring and kind. They take the time needed and never pressure you into any unnecessary stuff. Dr Hyden and Dr Rose are both wonderful as is the staff! Love love love them!

Newer to Colorado Springs and had not established a vet yet when my yorkie needed to be seen urgently. Even though we were new to the office, they were able to get us in the same day. Everyone from the front ladies to the vet tech/veterinarian were kind, professional and great with my fur baby. They made me feel at ease, answered any questions I had and did not make me feel rushed. I am so happy to have found them!!

My most recent visit was a hard one for me, as I suspect that my boy is not long for this world. I have been going here for years and won’t take my dog anywhere else. They are friendly and knowledgeable and very caring . My dog has anxiety going to the vet and they are wonderful! They are very kind, gentle and patient to make his visits no so stressful . They take time with you and not rush through visits.

Crossroads Animal Hospital actually cares about your pets! This is the best animal hospital I have ever been to. If they are all booked they will try their hardest to squeeze you in! They are not overpriced like many others in this town. Love this place!!!!

My old shitz tsu mix went here today after her regular groomers refused to groom her any longer because she was old and had anxiety attacks. Can’t praise Crossroads enough. Emma hasn’t looked this good in years. They were very patient with her and they understand and specialize in older dogs. Thank you for being so professional with our special needs dog

They were amazing! I was able to call whenever I wanted to ask questions and get an update when my dog was getting her stitches. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They were happy to answer all of my questions even after calling them at least twice a day lol

Crossroads is the best, we have taken our dogs here for the last 12years. Dr. Hyden truly cares and they don’t charge for unnecessary things. An example is today, we had surgery done on our dog. Dr. Hyden said upfront with the cost would be, and he gave us a price if he had to send the mass out for biopsy and if he didn’t have to send it out. He is the most wonderful vet in Colorado Springs!

Love the staff and accommodations. Very friendly, affordable, and thorough! I think the only thing they need is A/C in their exam rooms. I can’t remember their names but they really answered all my questions and it was easy to get in and out.
